Wayfinder House does not accept change of mind returns or cancellations. Please review the product description and all photos before ordering. Contact Maor before purchasing if you need more photos or condition details.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem and the applicable consumer guarantees.
Email wayfinderhouse@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and any helpful photos. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is assessed. Maor will explain the next steps, including return arrangements when needed. Reasonable return postage costs are reimbursed when the item is confirmed to have a problem covered by a consumer guarantee.
Condition and any disclosed flaws are described or shown in the listing. Opening a sealed product does not remove your consumer guarantee rights. The cards pulled from randomly assorted packs are not guaranteed unless the listing specifically states a guaranteed inclusion.
